This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from us unless stated otherwise.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY
At Truckin In Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Refund Policy (“Policy”). Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Truckin In Style does not refund or replace based on ‘change of mind’. Products must be shipped back with the necessary packaging as per the delivery. Truckin In Style will pay for shipping only on return/replaced items. Please read this Policy before making a purchase to understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are unhappy with your purchase.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Ai (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
